Why dreamwork?

Dreamwork cuts to the chase when it comes to working with yourself in a psychological sense because your own consciousness is the informer.  Michael Meade, a powerful dreamer reminds us that nature only makes originals, this work assists you in being more wholly yourself enabling you to happily, purposefully and uniquely engage with and give to the world. Your dreams are your own inner wisdom, only YOU have lived your life, have had a collection of entirely unique experiences, and so YOU, have the knowledge of what YOU specifically need in order to fill up and feel happy and whole.

Dreams are very much about what has not yet come fully into your conscious awareness. Together we can explore and come to greater awareness through questions, journey and mirroring.

Dreamwork is psyche/spiritual work and is a faster and more affirmative way of getting to the wounds when compared to endless talking. This work will be backed with invitations to create and further engage with YOUR dream(s) between sessions.

This past week I was able to catch snippets of a yearly dream symposium and was both humbled and inspired by many of the speakers/healers.  I moved homes in 2020 and put my dream clientele on hold, but am feeling very much inspired to see individuals again and share my abilities more extensively.

I have greatly enjoyed facilitating a monthly collage workshop at my home, as well as a monthly ecstatic dance, both with very positive review.  But, when Eduardo Duran shared how there is no free lunch with the universe and that he’d been given a talent and much bounty and so he/we need to share our skills I thought about how I have room to increase my sharing. I feel very happy to condiser seeing people again on an individual basis and love taking the dreaming and healing world into a more indepth place with people. I really do feel much joy seeing my clients make epiphanies in regards their dreams and lives!

In the western world we attempt to get rid of the ailment and Eduardo explains how in indigenous cultures the idea is to make a relative out of everything and all.  I have always known this to be true and have been against banishing the proverbial devil on the shoulder, or the black wolf for elevating the white.

So, if you are depressed for example, make the depression your relative, know the depression will shapeshift and become the teacher it was meant to be.  Introduce yourself to the spirit of sadness, give it a gift and then ask, “What is it you want with me?”  Through the dreams and the synchronicities the spirit of sadness will manifest to you.  Again, make a relative of EVERYTHING, think radical acceptance, all parts and aspects of yourself and your life have value.

As I work with you, I aim to become as hollow as a bone (Eduardo’s words), a conduit, to let the spirit move through.  I create a safe space, am a witness and a protector/guard of that space of healing.

Our dreams, both waking and sleeping, are a transcendental part of the universe, creators, and embody the way in which we walk and participate in the world. Think of the word weird, coming from the Welch word wyrd which literally meant having a foot in both worlds. If you find yourself saying that you had a “weird,” dream, well then, you have been given a spiritual gift and I would be honored to see you unwrap that gift!

What an amazing opportunity to walk into a more conscious and whole relationship with this world coming from worlds before and after! Your dreams can help you with the future, with the past and the present, to restore the sacred!
